La Casa de Lladó has 3 charming, cozy houses in the most authentic Ampurdán, built with bioclimatic criteria and fully integrated in the surroundings thanks to its rounded forms and its vegetal roof.
The houses are completely independent and are built to enjoy the nature and tranquility of the place. The rooms are very bright and spacious, with large windows, so that, anywhere in the house you are in contact with the outside. In addition, its privileged location offers fabulous views. The property also has nice gardens and a porch with sofas to rest.
Costa Brava House, built on a gentle hill, enjoys beautiful views over the village, the Ampurdán and the Gulf of Rosas with a spectacular sunrise for early risers. The house has a fully equipped kitchen for six people, living room with fireplace, two triples rooms (one with a double bed and a single and another with three single beds). The bathroom has a very special garden shower and views inside to enjoy the countryside while taking a shower !!! Outside it has a terrace with garden furniture, overlooking the pool. The view over the village and the Gulf of Roses on the horizon is amazing, especially at dawn when you can enjoy the sunrise if you are an early riser.
At the same time, its privileged location will give you the opportunity to visit lots of different places nearby: from mountains to sea, from nature reserves to secluded beaches, wild rivers and romantic lakes all of these within the maximum distance of an hour's drive. You can benefit from the various places to visit and things to do throughout the whole year.

Summary: Had a great week with lovely weather, small pool was a bonus for relaxing. Property very well equipped. Local village much quieter than expected with no real options to eat so definitely needed a car to get to places.

Summary: Had a wonderful week staying here. The houses are in a lovely setting on a hill, looking down over the village. Very peaceful! Salut is a wonderful host, and has a wealth of information and recommendations of places to visit/eat. The pool was a great bonus. We would definitely like to return here in the future.

Summary: Very friendly reception from Salut who helped us find our way around, and pointed out local walking which was our interest. Help was readilly on hand from Pilau who responded helpfully to our requests. Quiet location for walks and many places of interest not too far away. Highly recomended.

Summary: Our arrival was greeted by tony, who took me to the local grocery store. He Was a huge help since we dont speak Catalan or Spanish. The house is very clean and functions well. No air conditioning, but all the rooms have fans, so was very nice. The kitchen is terrific. I learned how to use an italian coffee maker! Salut has made a fabulous informational book for the area. It includes everything. The area is beautiful, interesting and has many great restaurants , many very reasonably priced. The grocery store owner suggested what turned out to be my favorite restaurant..la rectoria in esponissa near by. Also really liked the 5 senses in besalu, which is a lovely medieval town. Salut was extremely helpful making reservations for us. She is always eager to help. Both salut and tony speak very good english. Salut is an english teacher. The house also has use of a washing machine which is also very helpful. All together very delightful!!

Summary: We enjoyed great holidays in casadellado ! It is a beautiful place, the houses are spacious and very comfortable, you have a wonderful view from the swimming pool on the village, it is quiet and at the same time close to many interesting places. Toni, Salut and Anna are great hosts, which became clear already at the time of reservation. They convinced us there are also many things to do for the children and they were right ! Great hospitality, good advices on nice trips - mountains or beach, sportive or rest, fast food or great cuisine - Toni, Salut & Anna always had advice. Although we don't speak a word of Spanish, French or English were no problem at all ! The combination of this all, resulted in a great 2 weeks in Llado. Summary: "The place was amazing. The owners so helpful. We dont drive and they offered to take us to different places and drop us off and pick us up. If you want peace and quiet to read, relax and wander through the mountains then this is it. Close enough to get to Girona and the surrounding towns and beaches,this offered the best off both worlds. The people in the village were so friendly and the food at the local resturant was wonderful. There were almond,fig and walnut trees right outside the door. We would definately recommend this as an ideal place to stay"
