Negative: The bed had a broken spring and made it very uncomfortable. We have stayed at rhi a location before. We travel thru twice a year. We let the desk clerk know as well.

Negative: We couldn’t get house keeping to get more towels and the bathtub didn’t drain properly water would set in it for a few hours and the bed was super noisy and uncomfortable.
