Positive: I did not have breakfast. However, the location next to the Waffle House restaurant is Great. It was within walking distance. I think that the sign for the hotel needs to be updated/ replaced as it does nothing for it. It can hardly be see from the street/ highway.
Negative: I was not pleased with the outward appearance of the hotel. That is, perhaps the building can use a paint uplift.
Summary: I was totally impressed with my room. It was clean, odorless and worth the price. Thank you!!

Positive: The rooms are very clean and have updated finishes. The staff are friendly. I appreciate that checkout is easy - just leave the keys in the room and open the curtain.
Negative: There is no breakfast here, although some sites still list it as such. The AC takes a bit to work through the room and it's on the loud side. There is no sheer curtain to let in light without closing the blackout curtain, so you're either completely exposed or blocking all the light to the room.

Positive: The staff were incredibly helpful and kind and were able to make an exception to let me stay! Also room was clean and I didn’t get bed bugs so that’s good. Close to airport so that helps
Negative: Outdated TV and the volume either was stuck at a certain volume or you just aren’t allowed to change it so tv was too loud and too bright. lamps missing light bulbs and no light on ceiling to help with lighting. I knew it would be loud but I didn’t not expect fireworks at 12-1 am so made catching a 4 am flight pretty irritating
Summary: Cool staff and no bed bugs compared to other hotels around this price in Charleston I’d say it’s good

Negative: Property needs work, needs upgrades, no breakfast at all, no coffee even, room was clean, but crowded, shower was nice, front desk was rarely manned, and calling there was unsuccessful.
