Summary: Very disappointed. Waited 15 minutes for service at arrival. Room booked and paid for in advance was not available. Towels were stained, bed covers had holes. Carpets in dire need of cleaning. Garbage sat in the hallway for 2 days. Left a night early due to noise in the hallway and roaches appearing.

Summary: On a 3 day stay all 3 days had to get help from staff to enter my room as my door key wouldnt work. Room had.a nasty smell. And needs a remodel!!

Summary: In general, the stay was average. For some reason, the toilet kept making noises like water was leaking, but other times, it was quiet. The blanket provided was a little thin such that I needed additional clothing to stay warm.

Summary: Didn’t look like a safe area. Noisy with people hanging around the entrance and the parking lot. This isn’t something that the hotel staff could have controlled, though.

Summary: We weren't sure if it was open. Window's were boarded up. The attendant at the desk had an attitude. When we went to our room it looked it wasn't not clean. Bed sheet and pillows looked like they hadn't seen a washer. One bed sunken in. Glad my parents couldn't make it.

Summary: Noisy due to picnic bench right outside my first floor window where people gathered and talked until 11:00 at night until I made management shut it down. Kids of either staff or visitors roaming around the hallways and managed to set off the fire alarm by burning hamburger in the minimal kitchen. All in all not a happy experience at all.
