Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Rooms are clean and confortable. Best shower pressure I have ever seen in this class. Best breakfast offer for this hotel class.

Negative: Staff not present at check in desk. Had 2 hotel employees ssay they would get the person. Waited 5-10 minutes. Found out later that the employée also seems to be halping out in the bar. I understand there maybe employee shortages, but the check in is your 1st impression. One suggestion would be to provide a phone number a guest can dial to reach someone to alert that they are at the front desk, or indicate allocation where à guest can get assistance, ie: bar, restaurant...
