Positive: The owners son called shortly after we made the reservation (bokking.com). He wanted to let us know to call 5 min B4 we arrived and he would waiting at the office. Check in was easy. Staff super friendly & helpful, he even walked us to the room and made sure we had a good place to park our truck and trailer. The bed was amazing, room was very clean and good size with good lighting. The location was quiet.

Negative: No blanket on the bed. Just a sheet and the 1/2 fake bed runner. But the heat/AC unit worked fine it was ok.
