Positive: This property was the most well-stocked home I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was just amazing! We had absolutely everything we could have needed to celebrate our son’s graduation with family and friends. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating! I would recommend this property with no hesitation!!

Positive: Patrick is wonderful! Very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of extra amenities, such as complimentary coffee, snacks, kitchen staples, ice, dishes and cookware. A home away from home. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Positive: Very large open spaces, no tvs in bedrooms (except 1) I absolutely love this, it brings back so many core family values. We did not "need" anything. The place is fully stocked! The owner is very nice and accommodating.
Negative: 100% no complaints.

Positive: Clean , uncluttered, comfortable, amenities, size , location , hot tub, backyard area: all 10 +. Kitchen was stocked, with all essential items and things i didn't even know i would need. Our host went above an beyond for convenience. Example. wood for the fire pit provided, tin foil provided, scissors , hairdryer, washer machine, extra trash bags, cleaning supplies, shampoo etc. They thought of everything.
Negative: Husband said would be nice to have exhaust fan in master bath

Positive: Riza was great and really accommodating, she helped book some transport and was flexible with making breakfast to match our busy schedule. The location was secluded and relaxing but still being close to General Luna, highly recommend renting motorbikes to travel the island. Amazing experience at La Residence.

Positive: When we arrived at La Residence we were stunned. The house is located on a small hill surrounded by palmtrees and lots of green with a jungle-like feeling. We were warmly welcomed by Riza who had already been really helpful before our arrival by organizing transportation from the airport to the villa. The interoir design of the house is amazing, you‘ll find everything you need for a relaxed stay. Everything is modern and 100 percent clean. The infinity pool and especially the view from the terrace is amazing. Riza took great care of us by serving delicious breakfast and providing lots of interesting informations about the island. All in all we absolutely loved our stay at La Residence and we can 100% recommend to book this accommodation.
