Positive: The property is in a great location literally a stones throw to the beach. The house is very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the decor very considered and homely with great attention to detail. The best property we have ever stayed in at this price point so great value for money.

Positive: The location . Soo comfortable. The very helpful owners Everything we needed was included… Toilet rolls ,all cleaning ,all cleaning equipment ,beach towels and more ! Lovely cliff walk to Ilfracombe.
Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like .

Negative: Would have been even better if some of the plugs had a USB charging port on them as we forgot to pack an adapter but we made a plan as our teenagers came well prepared

Positive: This is a gem of a find. The house is clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed and renovated. The location is great, and there is everything you could possibly need in the house to make a holiday complete. Everything is of a high standard and thoughtfully presented. Really appreciated the milk, tea, coffee and fudge on arrival!
Negative: Nothing to not like. There is everything you could need and all of it is comfortable, high quality and in abundance ( even the eco friendly loo roll :-)). Parking is outside the house and waking up to the sound of the sea, is a real bonus.

Positive: Property was spotless and clean, it had everything you would need being away from home. Decor was very much beach themed and there was lovely quirky little touches dotted around. Everything was labelled clearly and the introduction pack there was really informative. Location was amazing out the gate and you facing the beach. The café opposite was really good as well, great staff and my mum said it was the best dirty fries she’s had! Pub few doors up as well that did great food.
Negative: Nothing at all! Only the weather which couldn’t be helped
