Summary: The kitchen doesn’t open until 11 a.m., so breakfast isn’t available on weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays it opens at 9 a.m., which is the only time breakfast is offered. The hallways and elevator also needed attention; they hadn’t been vacuumed during our two‑night stay, as the same debris remained on the carpet both days. Overall, it was disappointing compared to our experience the year before.

Summary: We plan on having a wedding reception here and decided to visit a few months in advance. Everything was as expected and then some. Cherry and Sherry were so friendly as well as Gracie and Becca in the bar. The rooms have been renovated and the lake view in the morning was spectacular, such a great sunrise! The food is fresh, the drinks are reasonably priced and overall a steal for what you pay. We are so excited to go back in September and stay longer.

Summary: Price of room was good and staff was friendly and helpful. Body wash empty in shower dispenser, shampoo dispenser fell off the wall after we took a shower and there was a rhythmic clacking noise from the vent fan during the night.

Summary: The location is beautiful. We stayed here for a concert at Grand Casino. The shuttle is an awesome option.

Summary: Our room was very nice. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet. The restaurant was very accomodating with good food and service.

Summary: Asked for a lake view, no response from the kid working the counter. Was not greeted, felt as if we were interrupting his phone scrolling. Asked if the shuttle could take us to the casino, all we get is "Uh, huh!" Couldn't find the ice machine, didn't dare ask where it was. However, the lady at the counter in the morning was extremely pleasant and happy to help with our needs.

Summary: Only a few people staying in hotel so no amenities were open during a Sun=Tues stay. Would have been nice to know had to drive for meals on cold winters day.
