Summary: Theirs no pool! U have to take ur kids, drive 8 miles to the casino. Checkin at the casino desk, for a temporary card. Not convenient at all for families. Disappointing!! Truely

Summary: We had a reserved room with balcony, but the room was not available at check in. We were upgraded to a suite with balcony, at no extra charge. Front desk service was excellent, throughout the entire stay. Will recommend to friends.

Summary: Wonderful hotel. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The restaurant was great. The food was prepared as requested and was perfect. Definately would recommend and will stay here again.

Summary: Great spot to stay if going to Grand Casino! Facility was nice and they offer a free shuttle on the weekends.

Summary: First check-in was satisfactory. Shuttle service personnel was excellent. Check out was good. I liked not being woke up by housekeeping. The shower was the worst I've ever had. It was horrible to pay the exorbitant price for the hotel and not even get a voucher for breakfast to the restaurant ~

Summary: Decent room. Had to be upgraded because the smoke detector was beeping and needed replacement and they had the wrong one. You can hear stompers up above if on the bottom floor.

Summary: The first run we were given had a very clogged, gross toilet. The front desk person switched us to another room and it was fine. Overall, the staff were all very friendly, but they definitely need more people. There was one person working the restaurant, she was bartender/waitress/everything. We never had housekeeping during our 2 night stay, which seemed odd. There was a fridge and countertop and everything in our suite, but no microwave. Overall, it was an ok stay, but I didn't think I'd stay again. The staff were definitely the highlight!
