Positive: Besides the list below the place was perfect. Location, buggy, comfortable furniture, nice kitchen and floor plan, beautiful view.

Negative: If you want to improve the space here are some easy fixes: 1) The apartment looked clean and with further inspection there was a lot I ended up cleaning before using, it could use a deep clean including: washing machine maintenance (there is mold in it), mild in showers and in bathroom door, dish drying rack, kitchen appliances and countertops 2) some kitchen items need replaced such as: the rusted water kettle, chipped dish wear, rusted knifes and kitchen scissors, the scratched up egg pan. 3) I wish we didn’t have to buy our own: garbage bags, laundry soap, paper towels, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and olive oil. 4) the furniture was nice though there was too much and the space felt cramped (maybe take away the bar stools since there is a full 6 person table)

Positive: Quiet, clean and had access to garden.

Negative: Appreciate the bag of ice in the freezer. However having stayed on Eden island before a little welcome pack of bottled water, milk sugar tea coffee has been the norm and greatly appreciated to tide us over until getting to the supermarket. I had to spend time and buy cleaning products to attend to the Brai grill. It was in bad shape and spoiled our first night as it has rusted and broken down so much metal parts stuck to our food. After a thorough cleaning the following day all lose metal and was rust removed, now fit for the next guest. Although could do with replacing.

Positive: Loved the view being close to the Marina and 50 meters from the beach.

Negative: The maid only started coming on the second day of our stay after I asked for her. there was, an addition there was inadequate toilet paper.
