Positive: We absolutely loved our stay. Eden Island is truly beautiful. The Villa was well-equipped, very comfortable, and offers breathtaking views. The air conditioning was a real highlight in the heat, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. The villa’s location was ideal, and as a self-catering unit, it has everything you could need, including an additional fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, all of excellent quality. The WiFi was stable throughout our stay, and the décor is tasteful and thoughtfully put together. The golf carts available on Eden Island made getting around easy and enjoyable. It also served as a great base for exploring Mahé Island, with the added convenience of being close to the airport.

Negative: In the kitchen, the crockery, cutlery, and dinnerware required cleaning before use, which was disappointing. In addition, the vacuum cleaner was not working, and a broom was not provided.

Summary: We loved our stay at Eden Island, and it was a very memorable trip.

Negative: Wifi & TV was not working. When requested for help around 5pm, they told respective person has left for the day. Safe locker was not working. Traveling to room is difficult. We need to park car in multistory parking and then use bogie to travel to room.

Summary: Overall it is not a value for money.

Negative: Blocked sink and shower in one bedroom. Only one set of keys received for a family of 5. The towels and sheets did not smell good.

Negative: Check in staff were very matter of fact much better at check out. Made to feel a burden by buggy camera room staff on arrival. Great location of apartment but appliances, windows, work surfaces & door not clean, chipped crockery, large decorative lounge bowl broken, BBQ aged & eyesore to look at....not "Luxury" as name states!
