Positive: The cottage was cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.
Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like. The only slight problem we found was because there were 5 adults staying at the cottage only having one WC was difficult.

Positive: Wonderful location and very spacious and comfortable cottage. Lovely host left us an unexpected and much appreciated welcome basket with wine, cheese and bread. Kids enjoyed the Easter eggs! The cottage is beautiful and very well kept. Well equipped kitchen made meals easy but village has lovely pubs for those who want to avoid cooking! Nice walks nearby and good access to a variety of places to visit. Kept everyone happy!

Negative: More kitchen crockery...plates, bowls etc. Also coat hangers for clothes rail in twin bedroom.

Positive: Lovely cottage, nicely decorated. Great place to stay if you do not have a car. Small courtyard at the back was a perfect place to sit during the evenings.
Negative: Had trouble in obtaining the key safe password, only after many phone calls we manged to obtain the code, the evening before our travel the next morning. There is no safe parking for vehicles, we had to park 100 metres down a busy road in front of someone else's property on the pavement, we had to rush back early every day from our excursions to try and find a parking spot before the owners returned home. On enquiring with locals they informed us that there is no parking allocated for Edendale.
