Positive: The location was convenient to everything. Just a short walk away from restaurants and the beach. The backyard was spacious with tons of seating and it was private. Loved the tiki bar and also the tiki table on the other side allowed my husband to work. Pool temp was perfect. The layout worked perfectly for our group. I also felt like we didn’t have to worry about making too much noise. Everyone had a blast.

Positive: The property was absolutely lovely, creative use of space. It was one of the best stocked properties I've ever stayed in. Plenty of extra linens, beach towels, laundry and cleaning supplies. We had 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms in our 3 bedroom rental. We drove was happy with the accommodations, plenty of space for even a larger family. The beds were soft and linens clean. The location is second to none... walk to the commercial pier, the beach, plenty of places to eat, convenience and grocery store all nearby. Beautiful, safe, quiet LBTS neighborhood. The owners were very kind and accommodating when we extended our stay. I would stay here REGULARLY on my trips south. One of the most affordable stays and one of my favorite properties to date!! Thank you!!!
Negative: The wifi/tvs didn't work the first couple days. They started working the 3rd day. We didn't get around to calling about it because we were just so busy during our stay. The apartment we rented didn't have direct access to the backyard/pool area which wasn't clear to me when i rented. We were in the apartment next door to the apartment with the yard that held the pool. There were also lights on the patio we could only turn off from the other property. There were bikes available as well but all the tires were flat.
Summary: Offers everything you could want from a beach vacation home!!!

Positive: Rented out both units to celebrate my birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was so spacious and comfortable. We had 9 people total but it could have fit many more. We loved having 5 bathrooms so no one had to fight for them. You can’t beat the location, only 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to many restaurants. Everything you could need for pool and beach time were also provided: pool floats, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Mike and Shana were very responsive hosts and easy to work with. Thank you for a great stay!
