Negative: Tried to get a first floor for my elderly mother before check in but ended up on the 2nd floor which made it difficult and dangerous.

Positive: Edgewater's Beach Resort is beauty is beyond what was expected. Smell of the salty air and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. I highly recommend March/April. Quiet. Staff is so polite and helpful.
Negative: Don't expect not to hear neighbors but that is expected. The Pros outweigh Cons!
Summary: Excellent relaxing atmosphere. Pools, grills Staff AWESOME!!!!!!
