Negative: The laundry’s shared area was down stairs. This was fine but we had to go down stairs every time we needed to iron our cloths. We need a small ironing board and iron in the room for convenience. There was plenty of room to store it.

Positive: The apartment is spacious and stylish, sofa and beds are comfortable. Effective aircon and shower pressure. Well equipped kitchen. Large fridge space. 1st floor with lift for if you arrive back exhausted. Worth noting the double bedroom is smaller than the twin room which has only one wardrobe, a narrow set of drawers, and a tiny shelf either side of the bed. The twin room has 2 full size singles pushed together. Bedside drawers, 2 wardrobes, full width drawers. Good size dinnig table.
Negative: We only have one child so gave tgem the double room which was half the size of the twin room. The sofa comfortably sat 3 people, but if you are more than 3 people, the only other place to relax is on your bed. There is a woven chair but it's not comfortable.

Negative: Nothing, apart from one group in the building who talked very loudly during quiet hours late into the night but that’s not the fault of the accommodation.
