Positive: Everybody was incredibly forthcoming and friendly. We had wonderful chats, and this transferred to all the guests as well. If you are looking for a homely atmosphere, you are exactly at the right place. The food was fantastic, as well, which was really important to us. Very impressive.

Summary: Couldn't imagine a better experience, hoping to return one day.

Positive: We were in the area to meet extended family, and this was close by and met the brief. So, arriving at a beautiful house and an impossibly walm welcome from the owners was a perfect start to a great weekend. The team were helpful from check-in to check out and made us feel we were staying with friends. The rooms are beautiful, this house is exceptional and the hospitality was wonderful. The cozy bar made a perfect place to watch the world cup final and breakfast was amazing and the adaption to make a veggie full Irish was lovely.

Positive: The staff were magnificent and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Grace made us feel like a part of the family and Tiny has happy to discuss the menu with us. The food was fantastic. Communication was excellent right from time of booking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even the cat and dog were friendly. The beds were so comfortable...we loved it so much we stayed an extra night

Positive: An absolutely magical stay that truly couldn’t have been more perfect. The property is stunning with a cozy fireplace lounge, delicious food (dinner and breakfast were both phenomenal) and outstanding rooms. We got introduced to all the animals (donkeys, dog, cat, pigs, chickens) by the owner’s adorable daughter which was another highlight of the stay.

Positive: Liked every single thing, from the moment we arrived at this fabulous historical house for a two night stay David was so helpful and hospitable. Felt completely at home immediately An absolute gem , I can honestly say this was by far the most exceptional Accomodation . The room was so quiet spacious and comfortable . Bathroom upgraded to high quality including underfloor heating . We had booked dinner for one night but on arrival decided to eat here both nights and it was superb both nights . Enjoyed dinner amongst other guests on first night in the dining room . As we were the only ones for dinner on second night … a very wet night, We were invited to have dinner in front of fire in living room which David set up for us in minutes . Such a special cosy night in . The company of Luna and the two cats are wonderful. You will not regret your stay here and will only want to return for more of David’s delicious cooking and warm hospitality.

Positive: The building was lovely and there was loads of history to the building. It was very comfortable and the food was exceptional and I loved the open fire.
