Positive: The location was good. Very handy to explore locally and further afield
Negative: The parking was very tight and when all the holiday cottages were occupied with their cars and some charging their cars electronically it was a challenge. supposedly there were two parking spaces allocated for the cottage, but with our one little Aygo it was very difficult to turn, I wouldn't have wanted to take two big cars. Reversing out with four other cars and the narrow space between the houses and sheds opposite would have been awful.... It was a shame that there was no welcome milk, tea, coffee, or even basket of logs provided. The kitchen had no salt pepper, kitchen foil or cling film. You had to provide everything which was a shame. It's aways nice to have a cuppa when you arrive and the local shops are a good 15 mins away.
Summary: Great location, nice and clean. Parking a tad tricky

Positive: The garden and surrounding area were incredibly beautiful in the spring when we visited. I loved having my breakfast out in the garden and looking at the little birds that come. It's right by the river which is gorgeous to walk along. The cottage was spacious and comfortable for three people. The radiators kept it warm. Good nearby food options as well, the Talbot pub does great food, and Chesters is an amazing cafe just by the river. There is a bus stop nearby as well. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The cottage was perfectly as described. It was very clean and had all facilities we required for the short stay. The location was perfect to get around the lakes, and within a very short walking distance to the Talbot and Chesters by the river (we would recommend eating at both of these places). Also parking was easy; straight infront of the back door. We will be booking to stay again.

Positive: Very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, warm, great location and full of character.
Negative: Only slight disappointment was the electric shower - it was very difficult to adjust the temperature. The hot water tank was small - only just enough for one bath, but it did heat up quickly in the boost function.
Summary: We had a brilliant time, thank you! Weโ€™d be happy to come again and recommend it to friends.

Positive: Cottage and surrounding views were beautiful. We were well catered for in regards to equipment. The location was perfect. Very pleasant stay. Had some minor problems which were resolved on contacting owners. Would definitely recomend.
Negative: Double bed mattress was very soft, no good if you have back issues. Fortunately there were 2 single beds in other room which were far more comfortable.

Positive: Cute little cottage with all needed facilities. Parking space for 2 smaller cars available at the back entrance. As I was there in February and it was chilly, I loved the wood stove, which was really nice to warm up the house in the evening. Good Wifi and TV with many options. The vintage interiors give it a nice homely feel. For summer days the front garden has a seating area for outdoor dinners.
Negative: I have to think hard to find negative points. Having a dishwasher would have been nice, although I didn't really miss it. Very poor mobile phone coverage in the area, but this is compensated by the fact that there is a landline for receiving calls and good Wifi available.
Summary: Cute little cottage with all needed facilities.

Positive: Excellent location and the living area warn and cosy. Loved the beautiful range. Kitchen exceptionally well equipped - we brought our own things as usually there is not great kitchen items - but this was absolutley spot on.
Negative: Less rain! Front door - need to make it possible to exit via front door and be able to lock from outside. Back exit and entrance would have been ok if the lane had not been flooded. We used the side gate of the first house in the terrace - after asking the renters staying there.
