Summary: We have returned to Ullswater Cabin for a second consecutive year now, and the Cabin once again did not disappoint. Very clean, and simply beautiful, with the most peaceful location. There was very good organisation and contact from the hosts John and Allison, and we certainly hope to return again next year.

Summary: We loved our stay at the cabin. It was really well equipped, clean and comfortable and the location of the cabin (in our opinion) is one of the best on the park. My son loved the swimming pool and it was great to be able to explore all the local footpaths in the evenings. It was quite therapeutic listening to rain on the cabin in the early mornings and thankfully we were treated with lots of sunny weather during the days to explore the Lake District - a perfect blend!

Summary: We loved our stay at Ullswater Cabin. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It was very clean and in lovely condition. The bathroom is modern with a great walk in shower. The real winner though is the secluded location - the cabin is so private and peaceful (one of the best spots on the site). There’s a brilliant walk from the site to Loughrigg Tarn where we swam in the lake. It’s also an easy 10 min drive from Ambleside where there’s lots to do. The communication from John was great. We loved the leaflet sent in advance. The kids liked looking at the pictures. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need and the kids loved trying out all the board games. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: Really enjoyed our week in Ullswater cabin. It was in a lovely, quiet location but within easy reach of towns, walks pubs etc.. The cabin contained everything we could need and was comfy and cosy with a peaceful outside decking and gravelled garden area.
