The staff truly made my experience exceptional—Kate at reception was warm and welcoming, John at Horizon Lounge provided top-notch service, and Maritess from housekeeping ensured everything was spotless and comfortable. Every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations, making for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat. Highly recommend!

Summary: i checked in early, and was lucky enough to have an available room in the uppermost floor, with a cityview ( overlooking the roofof the nearby mall) Unfortunately was close to the exhaust machine in the rooftop, and the noise it made was heard in the room. the staff readily transferred me to the next avilable room, where i discovered a fully functional TV.
