Positive: Absolutely loved my stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming—always prompt to respond to any questions and available whenever I needed to reach out. Any small issues were handled quickly and smoothly, which made the entire experience stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless—clean, tidy, and clearly well cared for. On top of that, the location was perfect: just a short walk to the metro station and close to so many great spots around the city. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Positive: They have professional team to do everything. They also free upgraded a similar apartment for us which is near the subway and quite new one. So I think it is no problem to us.
Negative: Some of the remotes control didn't have batteries, but they quickly solved the problem for us in the service group. It would have been even better to have a guide to use TV and AC.

Positive: Great location. Very close to the subway station, and also we can walk to the Bund, Yu Garden, Nanjing Road. The apartment is very clean. The landlord is also very nice!!! Definitely will choose here to live again, if we have a trip. They also have shuttle bus service. Look forward my next trip in Shanghai.
