Summary: We (and the fur baby) had a 7 night stay at 18 Mile Cottage for 7 and we didnt want to leave. On the large back verandah, which catches the breeze and has a wonderful outlook, we BBQ'd, ate, drank, played games, watched and listened to the birds and the cows, and heard the river running by. We enjoyed dips in the river each day, as did the dog until he was exhausted.Sitting by the fire in the evening was so relaxing, and being able to see so many stars at night was beautiful. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable.

Summary: Fab location surrounded by National Parks and beautiful scenery. Loved the birds, friendly cows, babbling river and nearby walking tracks. Looking forward to the completion of nearby Hilltop Haven which will be on pur bucket list for sure.

Summary: This cottage and its surrounds gave our family some time out of the hustle and bustle of life. Warm beds, cosy interior and campfires by night. Plenty of space for kids to walk around in the creek, play soccer and ride bikes. Great communication with the lovely host too!
