Summary: The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids.

Summary: The staffs were great. Upon arrival, my daughter asked to pee so I asked for the CR. But she told me that she would just hold herself coz it stinks. I informed the front desk and they asked for a utility to clean it. Elevator was out of order during our stay so we need to use stairs. Our room was fine but shower didn’t function well so I had to call and they provided us with pail. They were very attentive to our needs though.

Summary: Staff was very kind and professional, but the rooms are very small and need updated a bit! The bath room is also small and could use an over due facelift as well! But this is a small town in an area without a lot of tourism so I don’t think it will get those updates anytime soon! With this said I would stay again as its location to the mall and restaurants is great and the room overall was comfortable and clean!
