Positive: - There is a big pool and kiddie pool that is lovely! Large, well maintained, attractive and there's a lifeguard - The apartment is modern, there's AC, there's a washer, each of the bedrooms has a comfortable bed, there's a nice large balcony and a relatively large kitchen with a water and coffee machine - There's underground parking (super convenient in the Eilat summer) and it's right next to the elevator that goes to the apartment floor - The shower is large and felt luxurious - Plenty of closet space in each room - Plenty of towels - Central location near the beach and promenade, but on a relatively quiet street - When we arrived, the AC was already on so we came into a cool apartment - this was super appreciated as it was over 100 degrees when we arrived and was just a considerate touch!

Negative: - When we arrived, the keypad to enter was broken and we had to go retrieve a key. In the meantime, I had to leave my little kids, suitcases etc in the hallway which was not air-conditioned and it was about 105 degrees (typical August temperature). I spoke with the building manager and she told me that she was sending someone up to fix it. No one came until 3 days later, after I reached out again and the handiman came in without aligning the time with me. - the balcony door lock was also broken (the handiman fixed this during our stay) - Nearly all of the window shades in the apartment are broken and cannot be opened - there is an induction stove in the apartment, but seemingly only one oddly shaped pot worked with the stove so we tried many others without success. We asked for assistance, but did not receive help, so we didn't use the stove during our stay - several items need repair and just give the impression that the apartment is not properly maintained - broken/ missing shelves in the refrigerator, closets and nightstand, loose door handles, no batteries and no back to the tv remote (handiman provided batteries when we asked), the lightbulb was out/ didn't work in the garage (we let the management company know, but it was not fixed). This was actually a significant nuisance. We had to use a flashlight to buckle kids into car seats. Someone should be checking the apartment between visits and making sure that it's properly stocked and things are working - The parking situation was complicated. Instead of providing us with a remote, every time that you came/ left, you had to get out of the car and use a call button to request that they open the gate. This often took multiple tries and was just generally uncomfortable to have to get in and out of the car, wait and have to shout at an intercom in 100+ degree heat - A little investment could go a long way.
