Cosy one-bedroom penthouse apartment with air-conditioning in the center of Girona, between the Old Town and the modern part of the city. On the top floor and with a spacious terrace with beautiful views to the southwest where you can see the sunset over Plaça U d'octubre de 2017.The bedroom has a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator. When you enter the apartment, you see the living room with an open kitchen. There is a dining table with three chairs and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa (bed).The bedroom has a double bed that cannot be split into two single beds and ample wardrobe space. There is an en suite bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.Of course, this apartment is equipped with TV, fast internet, washing machine, microwave, etc. Everything for a pleasant stay. The terrace is beautiful and spacious with privileged views of Girona and one of the most famous squares in the town. This terrace is perfect for a summer dinner, a morning coffee or having a nice glass of wine watching the sun set.

The apartment is reachable by car so you can come in front of the apartment, via Gran Via de Jaume I and then you have to turn left, before arriving Cinema's museum of Girona. You cannot park in front of the apartment, but you can stop there to unload your suitcases, and then look for a parking. When you are in the apartment, it is for you and only for you. It is your home in Girona!
