Positive: It was all over good stay in Highland Villa. Very soothing, no issues with the stay and we all had good experience while staying at the property. The food was very delicious and it was all so good that we would be coming back again soon. The caretaker was very helpful.

Negative: Horrible housekeeping… very poor maintenance… dust everywhere can be seen on murals… walls… parapet… taps broken… mattress in horrible shape, needs change immediately

Positive: The size of the rooms and number of bathrooms.
Negative: There are no mosquito nets for the windows, which prevented us from opening windows for better ventilation. The swimming pool was not cleaned. The art work in living room was dusty, needs to be kept clean, some bathrooms do not have mirrors, some of the wardrobes are falling apart, need repair or replacement, need to add more trees and shrubs to attract birds and butterflies, the approach road needs to be widened.
Summary: Overall the stay was good, but the property needs more maintenance for better upkeep.

Positive: Brkfast was good. Caretakers were at our service.
Negative: The biggest turn down was the bed size in all the rooms. Rooms were so huge but beds were not even standard size. Too small for an average height person. Many of us could not sleep well. Plus the taps in washroom are very poorly maintained. Some work.. some are hard. Some leak. Rest overall ok.
