Summary: The hotel was very nice except it was hard to find the front door.

Summary: The hotel overall was comfortable, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the area, which was a bit of a nuisance. Unfortunately, the devices meant to control them were turned off during our stay, which made it a bit tough to relax outdoors.

Summary: The good: Staff is very friendly, place is really nice and food and service are excellent. The bad: Shower was not clean. Had hairs from previous stay. (Complained and they took care of it) No hot water, complained and they moved me to another room which had the same problem. Complained again and hot water came out. Last day back to the cold water. 4 showed total (3 cold and 1 with hot water ) This place has a lot of potential and maybe it was amazing before but with this issue I would not stay again. Sad because staff is really nice and food is amazing
