Located in the prestigious El Dorado Ranch San Felipe resort community, this stylishly furnished vacation rental with in-house Internet WiFi can be yours to enjoy a relaxing vacation with friends or family. You are just a very short walk to the beach when you vacation in this condo.
The first floor features a beautifully decorated living room with contemporary furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and half-island. Also on the first floor is one of the three bedrooms. This first-floor bedroom has a queen bed plus private bathroom. Kitchen comes with pots, pans, silverware, etc and is chef ready.
Make your way up the eclectic spiral stairs to the second floor and here you will find a second bedroom and the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed plus private bathroom. This bathroom has a sink plus shower tub combo. The master bedroom is the most grandiose of all the bedrooms. Starting with its size it is the biggest, has a king size bed and has a balcony overlooking the 18-hole golf course plus beach views. The master bathroom will not disappoint you either. There is a his-and-her sink, shower with crystal like glass door and a tub. A walk in closet is also part of the master bedroom features that allows you to store your clothes without being crumpled.
A three-car attached garage is available to securely park vehicles and other belongings. Note that this home is in a gated community and is very secure.
A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival. This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.
Making a reservation is easy and can be done online 24x7.

This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass
Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.
BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant
NOTE:Off road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar. Exception made for race teams during major races like Baja 250. Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.

Summary: The location is the best spot to enjoy the ocean view The house is very good and clean I really enjoyed vacation with my friend if I go over there next time I love to stay Only one issue is that the water is not running enough using at same time 1st floor and 2nd floor But it is good to stay overall

Summary: If you are looking to reconnect with family and friends this is a good option, pictures were accurate on how the property looks, it's in a safe gated community, the beach is walking distance but be aware that San Felipe town doesn't offer that many good options for dining out so be prepare to cook most of your meals at home. The only complain I had is that the washing machine only uses hot water, even when you set it to use cold still the water was very hot and you need to be careful what you wash so you don't ruin your clothes.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the house was cleaned and ready as expected, it's spacious and in a great location, secure neighborhood and very close to the water. It's about 12 min away from town, but that was acceptable. We recommend this place and we will be visiting this place again.

Summary: The property was excellent and spacious for our group of 6. The beds were comfortable, the views were amazing, and the property was very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. There are no items for cooking however, such as oil, salt, pepper, so just make sure you plan ahead and bring your own. This is in no way a complaint, but just something future guests should know. We are already talking about our next trip to this property and El Dorado Ranch.

Summary: Great place.. Very happy to be able to rent ATV's there. Clean linens. Hot tub was not hot just warm but had a great relaxing and fun time

Summary: This was a great condo that had beautiful views of the sea. Two living rooms was a bonus when our grandkids came to stay. Furniture needs updating but it was overall clean and the master bed was pretty comfortable for a rental. Renter was helpful with anything we needed. Definitely would stay again.

Summary: Erick's condo was wonderful! I booked this place to house my family that was attending a wedding and they absolutely loved it. The house came stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of room for everyone. We added some extra days after the wedding and glad we did as we got to experience the San Felipe carnival. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed BBQing on the patio and hanging out enjoying one another's company. Beach and pool were within short walking distance.
