Positive: Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The location is great, just a few minutes walking distance from the main square, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe walking around the area. The hotel was also very clean and the customer service was excellent. A few things could definitely be improved though. There’s no AC, so the rooms get pretty hot. There are only two power outlets in the room and neither are close to the bed, so charging your phone overnight can be inconvenient. The biggest issue was the WiFi. I was given multiple WiFi accounts to try, but the connection was terrible and would disconnect after about 30 seconds almost every time. If location, cleanliness, and safety are your priorities, this is still a solid option.

Positive: We paid a bit more for the view from the king and the view was indeed spectacular. We could even watch the voladores! The bed was very comfortable, the courtyard very pretty, and the staff friendly. Just minutes downhill to the central plaza and close to several restaurants. Contrary to some reviews, our WiFi was strong.

Negative: Water pressure was poor and hot water unreliable. Our sink had several cracks through the basin.

Positive: Very well located, beautiful patio, and friendly staff.

Negative: The room is small and not maintained well: there are several uncovered screw holes on the wall and paint coming out. Also, the room has no curtains to make it dark to sleep. Finally, we experienced multiple hour-long blackouts because of maintenance they were performing.

Positive: The location of the hotel is great, and I enjoyed the view of the town from the room which was exactly as described in the booking. The bed was of good quality and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the cleaning was excellent.

Negative: The parking is very far away and up a steep hill. If you have any mobility issues and need parking this is not the hotel for you. The WiFI was awful ... they need to invest in a basic mesh network that will cover all the rooms. The TV was very poor quality and unnecessarily difficult to use. The room was a little warm the first day and the fan while helpful was unnecessarily noisy. If you are sensitive to noise at all, this is *not* the hotel for you. The should consider improving the security of the windows that face west. The roof is immediately below and provides easy access to the room. A basic in-room safe would also be a good addition.

Summary: Quaint and charming hotel for those not using technology, traveling by car or sensitive to noise.
