Positive: Great place to stay if you visit Cuetzalan. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Whenever I needed something, they would make sure it was provided. The rooms on the ground floor (205/206)have the best views. Very spacious and clean rooms. If you're looking for something peaceful and quiet, than I would recommend this place. All of Cuetzalan town was very safe to walk around.

Negative: Rooms are very basic. Bathroom only has curtains, no doors. As a solo traveller it was no problem but when you share the room with more people it might be inconvenient. The room did have an odd smell (like old furniture) which didn't go away, even though the window was open all day. Location is up on a hill, so be aware it's quite an uphill walk if you come from the center of town (10min).
