Positive: Friendly, helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean hotel. All of the staff are fantastic. They work hard and always smile and say hello. Very welcoming. Outdoor swimming pool excellent too. Loved this location and the friendly people. I stayed here at the start of my Peru holiday and then again at the end of it. I totally recommend this hotel.

Positive: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was central to a lot of things in San Isidro. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was pretty good. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods
Negative: I didn't like the layout/design of the room. The bathroom was gigantic but it was all one room. You couldn't use the toilet while someone else was taking a shower. The jacuzzi took 42 minutes to fill up. And the shower didn't have a door so it was hard to feel toasty while showering. The Tv was very far away so if you wanted to watch anything you had to have the volume pretty loud. Basically, all of the amenities were there but they were not well thought out
