Built in 2001, Condo Velmar 4 brings together the best of 'la playa vida' in Bucerias, Mexico, at a fraction of beachfront rentals.
The centerpiece is an amazingly serene veranda that overlooks the mystical Zen paradise that is the Zona Dorada and Bahía de Banderas -- it will become your favorite spot for morning coffee, or to watch day turn into night while sea breeze shifts to mountain breeze.
Just three short streets up the hill from the ocean, Condo Velmar is also located close to cuisines of all types, from Mexican cocina casera and street food, to four star trattorias, top notch sushi, pizza and seafood. Bucerias is a destination for foodies.
Velmar itself, designed with a blend of Mexican and Mediterranean styles by the renowned architect Carlos Gonzalez, features large, airy rooms, one of which opens to the veranda; two impeccably clean, roomy, modern bathrooms; brand new A/C units; full-size fridge & distilled water; as well as a robust high-speed wireless Internet, cable TV, and land-line phone. There are only five other units in this quiet building that emphasizes quietude, privacy and gated security; if you are looking for a party shack, this is definitely NOT the place! Smoking tobacco products anywhere on the grounds, inside or out, is strictly prohibited - and pets are disallowed, lo siento.
The bedding and bath towels are all in soft white cotton, and over-sized towels are provided for the condos' private pool area. Maid service happens twice a week, though you may contract for more days. Property manager Felipe is available by phone or WhatsApp, and is on-site often enough to fully see to your comfort and convenience. Taxis can be hailed for longer jaunts into Puerto Vallarta to get your turista on, to the local Mega or Chedraui for groceries, or up north to other attractions along the coast. Need a Walmart or a Sam's Club, fer pete's sake? Got 'em both, fifteen minutes away -- unless you want to find all your needs by walking to one of several local tiendas. Kids want to swim with the dolphins? Got that, too, just up the road. Bird watching at the estuaries near Lo de Marcos, cycling to Paradise Village, or surfing at Sayulita? By all means. Picture perfect sunset dinners on the beach? A stroll away. The Bahia de Banderas shoreline is unquestionably some of the finest five miles of beach in the world. Bucerias is something of a boom town, but its beach remains to this day peaceful, uncrowded and restful.
You simply will not find a more relaxed, romantic and revitalizing way to spend an affordable week or two -- dozing, reading, pooling, dining, beaching, biking, boating, fishing, hiking, golfing, horseback riding or collecting shells -- it's all here at Condo Velmar 4.

Summary: This condo is absolutely beautiful 🔆. Walking through the door makes you go wow Clean, well stocked kitchen for eating in. The beds were very comfortable with very crisp white linen sheets. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. Central location made for walking, just a short 3 blocks to the most gorgeous beach. Felipe ( property manager ) was easy to reach with a quick question after a very seamless check in. Will look forward to returning soon !

Summary: My husband and I needed to escape a cold spring and chose Bucerias for a month-long stay. It was everything we expected. This condo has a warm interior and a over-the-top balcony. We spent most of our condo time on the balcony.

Summary: A lovely, quiet, fully equipped condo that has everything you need for a wonderful stay in bucerias! Exactly as shown and location was perfect for us - note if mobility is an issue for you this condo is on a steep (but short) hill. We did not mind at all and enjoyed our 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was lovely too and we spent some time there when the wind was too much beachside. We walked everywhere including shopping restaurants etc and caught the collectivo for some groceries. We hope to return to this special spot soon!! Gracias!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in a quieter area of the town, yet close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staying in a smaller building was much more home-like, and we had everything we needed for preparing drinks and food. The shady balcony was perfect for all times of the day and evening. No need to use air conditioning with the flow of the breeze through the unit. Perfect!

Summary: We were very pleased with the reception from Your property manager. Both he and his wife were very helpful and gracious. The only suggestion I can give is if it was possible to have a few staples like coffee and / or bread on arrival. We came in later in the afternoon very tired and as we had never been in Mexico didn’t feel comfortable going out right away so didn’t have anything to eat or drink till next morning. Otherwise everything was just wonderful. Thank you for supplying such a piece of heaven in Mexico.

Summary: Can’t say enough about this lovely, comfortable condo, and the beautifully kept property. It is well equipped, and the owner has thought of everything- night lights, flash lights, and even the sorbet cups adapted to martini glasses! The property manager and his wife are also so easy to deal with, and provided helpful information. We will definitely return to enjoy the comfort of your lovely home, the wide and beautiful beach, and the fine restaurants that Bucerias offers
