Positive: Reception staff were fantastic, quickly sorted a cockroach issue for us and were informative amd friendly. Plus arranged booking despite a booking.com error. Food in restaurant was lovely, as was the coffee in the morning. Breakfast was great, nice variety, maybe a little pricey if you only want a coffee and croissant. Shame we didn't have longer there. Pools and location looked great from what we saw.
Negative: Nothing really, would be great to have some coffee available in the room for when you first get up although self catering apartments.

Positive: Great hotel for a stopover to the next one. Big swimming pool and the appertments spacious.
Negative: The food did not meet our expactations. The restaurant seemed understaffed at times (had to wait 90 minutes for dinner) and most of the staff looked miserable.

Positive: Apartment spacious and comfortable. Also clean. Lovely selection at breakfast.
Negative: Staff quite slow giving menu and taking orders. Erica was the best server there. No cocktail menu. Sunbeds basic. You can't raise the head of it which is no good for people with back problems. There is no shuttle service to Alicante or vending machines for snacks. This was advertised by booking g.com. no entertainment in hotel, so is not for teenagers or people who enjoy nightlife. Restaurant menu is basic.

Positive: This resort is a piece of heaven, imagine sitting in your balcony surrounded by a golf course, lush nature, flowers everywhere, and all you hear is the birds singing. Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was excellent, and parking outside was free (though they had inexpensive garage parking). Alicante is just 15 minutes away by car, but they have onsite restaurant if one chooses to stay in. We would love to return.
Negative: Our room felt a bit dated, and the shutters needed maintenance, but the rest of the experience made up for it.

Negative: The breakfast was very basic and due to its size breakfast room was getting very crowded at peak times.

Positive: Overall the actual property and facilities were beautiful, I could not complain about them.
Negative: The amount of noise was terrible, kids shouting outside, cars racing up the road, and loads of doors banging etc, this was not the hotels fault but the guests who did not think of others.
Summary: Beautiful place, just a shame about the other guests.
