Positive: It's a spacious apartment with wifi and a washing machine and all the basic facilities

Negative: The place looks a bit neglected. There are cob webs hanging from the ceiling. It's not a problem, but it makes the overall impression less positive The mail with the instructions is in English, but the important parts like where the keys can be found is in Spanish. Fortunately I can understand but other people might get lost, as the entrance guard does not speak English. 'Free parking' means you have to find a place somewhere on the streets outside the compound. The compound has no parking lot

Positive: The manager was very kind & quick to reply when we had questions or problems.The beds were comfortable, the apartment is modernly decorated & very bright with the floor to ceiling windows. Looks like the photos they show in the description (except the balcony...as explained above). Equipped kitchen with large fridge & freezer. The location was ideal for our needs...just a short drive to huge shopping malls yet in a quiet neighborhood with very little nighttime noise. Though you can't park at the apartment, security does allow you to unload your things at the apartment & then you must exit & park on the street (free parking). It worked well & the neighborhood seems very safe even on nights we arrived back quite late. We also didn't hear any noise from neighboring apartments so they seem very soundproof. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The cleaning company needs to pay more attention to detail & they also neglected to set out the correct bedding for the sofa bed. The air conditioning was not on when we arrived & the apartment was extremely hot (Though we did get it working the following morning & it cooled the apartment very well). The balcony patio was not in good condition with faded & torn cushion covers & boxes strewn all over one end. Again, the cleaners were not thorough in their work but the manager took things very seriously & was quick to reply to written messages & phone calls. I would definitely stay here again.
