Positive: Cannot make comment on the breakfast as I didn't have the time to had one. The location is quite good as it is close to the beach.
Negative: What I did not like was walking up the stairs because the lift was not working at that time. Its really tiresome walking up and down as I was on the 3rd floor.
Summary: All in all it was a good experience for me and my family and we really loved our stay there

Positive: The staff were really very kind and welcoming. The room itself was really comfortable and the views from the balcony were nice. The bakery was a life saver we got food from here almost everyday. The airport transfer was very convenient.
Negative: We had a few minor issues with not having hot water for the first part of our stay. We asked reception for help twice and no one came. After the third request maintenance came. Turned out the faucet had been fitted incorrectly and hot was actually cold and vice versa. The hot water took 10 mins to warm up. There is also a lip in the flooring in the bathroom and we stubbed our toes like 3 times. The restaurant only had full cream or skim milk. We had a kitchen room there were no instructions on how to use the stove top. We asked for assistance no body came we ended up fixing it ourselves. The TV only has one working channel and only one remote worked.
