Positive: The staff were good, cheerful, always alert and ready to assist. The location is convenient

Negative: The road to the property is in bad condition, especially for cars with a low ground clearance like mine. The tiles on the floor of the shower cubicle are very slippery when wet. They are not for bathroom floors. They need to be changed. We had a couple of potentially disastrous falls. On two occasions, the showers and taps ran dry, and at one time when I had soap all over my body.

Summary: The property has excellent potential. Fix the water issue and replace the shower cubicle floor tiles
