Our villa is a brand new villa, recently built, in the beautiful village of Agioi Pantes in Apokoronas of Chania.
Blending the amazing view with the luxury and the exquisite architectural design, The villa offers a unique experience of relaxation in the embrace of the Cretan nature.
The combined use of high quality natural materials (wood, stone, iron, marble) both in the construction and furnishing of the house make this accommodation really unique!
Entering the house from its back side, you get on the middle level where you will find two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and the impressive pool of the villa.
The pool starts from that level, passes through the house and ends outdoors. This means that those bedrooms offer a direct access to the pool. Access to the pool offers also a stone path starting from the main entrance at the back side and ending to the pool at the front side. At the pool area there are also enough sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as also the pool has a ladder for easy access.
One of two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate elder or disabled people, and the bathroom is especially designed for such cases. First-aid kit is located in this bathroom
Descending the stairs to the lower level, there is the third and fourth bedroom with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. All beds have COCOMAT mattresses and patios with wonderful views. In the bedrooms can be accommodated 8 persons.
In order to get to the upper level, you ascend an iron-wooden staircase. In the case of an elder or disabled person, as mentioned later, there is a moving-ramp at the one side of the staircase, so the person can reach the upper level in safety.
Here, you will find a really comfortable modern kitchen made of Swedish wood and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering anything you may need! You will also find a wine preserver!
On the same level, there is the sitting room. It is a cozy, beautifully decorated space, with a comfortable deluxe mattress sofa-bed which can host 2 more guests. In the same room, there is a big desk, which turns into a closet, in case 2 more persons sleep in this room.
All the indoor spaces have large windows so the house is sunny all day long and you can enjoy wonderful views of unique beauty. Especially the wooden deck over the pool gives access to a spectacular scene, a trademark of the Cretan nature. You can enjoy also your breakfast or dinner by the pool in a shaded dining area features a wood-burning stove.

Summary: This villa is a wonderful blend of modern and traditional architecture with an idealistic setting between the white mountains and the sea, just perfect in every way. Our hosts Efi and Kostas kept the villa in pristine condition, with a thorough clean and bed linen change every four days and we felt assured that they were always on hand should we have needed them. My wife and I both enjoyed a wonderfully peaceful holiday in this villa, which is ideally placed between Chania and Rethymno for either day trips or evening meals. We found the villa to be very well equipped with everything that you need. With tasty surprises often waiting for us for us from Efi on cleaning days. It has been a great privilege to have been able to stay in this wonderful place.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at this beautiful villa. The villa has an unique view over the sea and the mountains. The villa is very private but also rather close to a village. The hospitality of the owners is great with home made cookies and dessert upon arrival.

Summary: We loved that place! Spent lovely moments in the area and the island of Crete! Close to everything, 30-minute drive to Chania and several beautiful beaches around. The village where the villa is located has some amenities and places to eat and a shop for the essential things, while you can find a bigger market at Kalyves. The villa inside is amazing, fully-equipped and clean, beautifully decorated and of course bright and airy! Spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The swimming pool is fantastic, as it starts from the one side of the house and ends up to the other with unbeatable views over the sea and the mountains! We recommend to hire a car! It makes your transportation easier! Antonis, the property manager helped us with that and the host was also very helpful and kind with all of our questions and needs about the area! Don't miss it if you are looking for a peaceful and private place with elegance and natural beauty.

Summary: Just returned from a week stay at this wonderful villa and we have to say, we were so delighted in every aspect! Very stylish villa, modern and traditional at the same time, very clean, comfortable and tasteful decorated. With beautiful views of the White Mountains from our terraces and balconies. The pool area was unbeatable with stunning views! We have been told that the villa is awarded and indeed it worths it! Finally, a special thanks to the hosts, as well as to the agency Turquoise Holidays for their professionalism, as also they assisted us with car rental and gave us tips for our stay.

Summary: Luxury along with great hospitality. During our stay we felt like we were in our own piece of Heaven in a huge house with amazing configuration and beautiful architecture with stone and wooden details. The villa was located in a secluded environment with olive groves, where we had the chance to escape from all and our daily-routine back in homeland, with superb mountain / sea views. Summary: Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality at this amazing villa. Speechless to say that is paradise! We would like to highlight how cordial were the owners, who took care everything before and upon our arrival, from the welcome basket with Cretan delicacies to provide us with useful information about the proximities and the must-see and must-do activities. In addition, the secluded location of the villa amongst the mountains and the sea, the absolute tranquility you feel, the beautifully planted gardens and their maintenance, the neighborhood and the AMAZING pool with its highlight to be the direct access from the rooms downstairs. (mention that the pool is heated) provide the perfect place to stay. Moreover, the location of the villa has a lot to offer as far as the outdoor activities are concerned, with hiking day trips or a day at the beach. The house offered us full of privacy, as each room has its own patio. The whole house was very clean, the kitchen was fully-equipped with all the essential appliances and there is a barbeque area outside to enjoy substantial meals. We will certainly recommend and be back again. Lastly, a must-eat taverna is named “Aposperida” (very close to the property by a 2-minute driving) by serving very tasteful and traditional Cretan dishes.

Summary: This fantastic house provided us with a perfect base for celebrating my parents golden wedding anniversary. My Brothers comment I think says it all. "We could just buy food for a week an close the gate. It was heavenly. As we drowe up the path after entering the gate all the trees greeted us with an abundance of fruit. We were speechless upon entering the house as all the details are immaculately tended too. The beauty of the surrounding area means that no matter where you look you see breathtaking Mountains and the amazing sea views. We enjoyed the pool and the owners helped on everything needed check that the Water was clear end everything in working order. We enjoyed wonderful barbecues in the yard and most of our breakfast and lunches we enjoyed under the gazeebo type area outside. Two days before we left Denmark to go to Crete I had a phonecall from Turquoise just to let me know that they were expecting us and the rental cars we had rented thru the owner of the house were ready and waiting for us. This was a really nice touch and left me reassured that we were off to spend our vacation where everything was sorter. I highly recommend this property and the only thing that was wrong with this Holiday was that it should have lasted three weeks. Thanks a lot David Bender
