Positive: Getting a code to gain access to the house was great. The host communications were incredibly fast and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted. Location was good for access everywhere we wanted to go - especially the airport, supermarkets and restaurants. Lots of room in the driveway to park at least 2 cars, 3 if you absolutely needed the space.
Negative: The air conditioning was completely different in each bedroom making the master suite much warmer than the other bedrooms and the queen bedroom freezing cold. The property is close to 2 train lines but luckily the trains do not sound their horns in those intersections
Summary: Wonderful visit to West Palm beach, made even better by a great VRBO home rental!

Positive: Perfect little house! Nice location, extremely close to downtown, clean, and very neat. The host was exceptional, always available to help and very kind and courteous whenever needed. Everything you possibly needed, was supplied, from toiletries, to a fully stocked kitchen, lots of space, a laundry and dryer, etc. The neighbor next to us was very nice, he was also from Long Island! Anytime I had any question, the host Sebastian was quick to respond, friendly helpful and courteous in every single manner. He really made our stay there very welcoming and enjoyable. We wish we could have stayed one more day lol
Negative: We had a little difficulty figuring out how to watch live TV on the television, and the furniture was very low to the ground, making it a little hard to stand up again. But the color scheme was pretty. The house is pretty close to a freight train, but that didn't bother me I was actually fascinated to see how many cars I can count as a train went by. They're also seem to be either a tenant or someone living in the little house in the back, but they kept to themselves. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Positive: The location was really nice and very conveniently close to the downtown area which was beautiful. Close to 2 beaches, restaurants, shops and fun places for the kids to enjoy. Very family friendly! Sebastian was very responsive to messages. We had zero complaints. The home was very spaces and cozy. The private backyard with the fire pit was like having our home away from home. We will definitely recommend this home to all our friends and family and will look forward our next stay.
