Positive: The accommodations were excellent. There was a problem with what was advertised verses what was requested by the owner of the house.
Negative: The accommodations were great with ample sleeping rooms for the number of people- we had 14 adults and two kids. Though the sitting areas were filled with a lot of furniture and lots of marble corners and sharp furniture that is not for toddlers learning to walk— the place was very clean. We would have liked to know that there could be a fee of up to $500 to have additional guests visit for a gathering. We weren’t told of this until after we booked and paid. Once he realized we weren’t throwing a ruckus party, the owner waived the possible fee.
Summary: Beautiful home and comfortable stay in quiet neighborhood, just read the fine print.

Positive: I like that the house was nice and clean the backyard was the main attraction with the group that I had . The upstairs loft was nice also.. but I had to pay extra.
Negative: One of my issues with this property was that I paid almost $2,000 for the house and once I booked it the property manager says The loft was not included because of my numbers of people that I had now mind you can you imagine telling some preteens and teenagers not to go upstairs where it's a big TV and a couch . I tried explaining that that area was off limits but ended up saying what the hell paid an extra $125. It also needs more TVs out of six bedrooms only three TVs in the whole house it was kind of hard for the kids to get used to
Summary: Am I paying for five bedrooms or six.? The house was nice but the upstairs loft wasn't included..

Positive: Plenty of space for 5 couples. Everyone had their own private bedroom with several bathrooms. We had 12 people in our group. Our 2 young adult daughters stayed upstairs.
