Positive: If you like a private place, with plenty of nature around, amazing views over the vineyard, yet only 5 minutes by car from Monti, this is the place to be. The apartment is modern with a good seating area, functional kitchen and bathroom, a nice bed (can be stowed away, but we left it open at all times) and a great outdoor space enabling leisurely evenings on the terrace. There were supplies (coffee, tea etc.) on arrival. But what makes this place special are the hosts Fabio and Ely. Fabio is always available to answer any questions and provide help where needed. He provided clear instructions with little movies via WhatsApp, which made the whole process of finding the place and checking in very easy. We left not only having had a relaxing time but also having made two new friends. Monti is a small town, but has an excellent restaurant (Stella) and a great wine bar, as well as a cantina, where you can buy local wines (including the one from the vineyard in front of the apartment).
Negative: There is nothing to dislike, but some things to be aware of. The light in the hall to the bathroom and walk in wardrobe works on a sensor so comes on when you visit the bathroom during the night. It is fortunately on for only a very short time (not more than 10 seconds). The light intensity of the spotlights in the living/sleeping area can be increased by holding the light switch.

Positive: - Great location and view of vineyeards and mountains - Close to the airport (20 minutes) - Easy process to check in and check out. Host accommodated our late check in - Host is very communicative and helpful with suggestions on what to do - Very modern and clean apartment - Walk-in wardrobe
Negative: Perhaps there could be thicker curtains/blinds for morning sunlight, and better ventilation in the bathroom. These minor things were more than outweighed by the positives.

Positive: Writing a simple review is not easy. The stay at the Tenuta Piredu was an experience. We stayed with our 18 months old son and he loved it. We all loved it. Fabio was an amazing host even though we didn't see him. Self checkin was perfect. The open space is in the vineyard. Peaceful and beautiful. 20 minutes from the airport and between 20 and 50 minutes from all the best beaches in Costa Smeralda. It's also at 3 minutes from the highway but you don't hear a sound. We had breakfast outside every morning with amazing music thanks to Fabio's Vynil colle tion and dined with the sunset every evening. Once our son went to bed we could relax in the hot tub or play scrabble (which is provided by Fabio, but in Italian) everything in the house shows Italian excellence from the Scavolini kitchen to the Scrigno doors. Honestly we couldn't have asked for more. At the facility you also have umbrellas and beach towels so that you don't have to bring them via plane/car/ferry or rent them. Wifi was also exceptional. Coffee machine was great, the welcome wine was great, the restaurants he recommended were AMAZING. I know this sounds too good to be true, but I was surprised. I've worked in hospitality for 12 years and stayed in a lot of 4*/5* hotels but this is different, this is an experience. Calming, relaxing, peaceful, something you can't find everywhere.
Negative: Honestly nothing, I'd buy the place for myself.
Summary: Way more than we could hope for.
