This is a newly remodeled home! It's a one story, ground floor, 1000 sq ft unit (one of two units in the duplex) with modern beauty, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 guest. Close to everything downtown Tacoma has to offer. Museums, nightlife, theaters, Tacoma Dome events, UW Tacoma, Convention Center, etc are all right down the street. Private parking in the back. If you need space for another 4-6 guest, please inquire about the additional upstairs unit, which is also a vacation rental.

Summary: The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but it was quiet and peaceful. It had lots of stores nearby. The house was very clean and had lots of room.

Summary: It's astonishing to me this property has such high ratings. There's nothing terribly wrong, but the apartment has small windows with little natural light, the ceiling lights are harsh and exceedingly bright, everything in the apartment is grey from the walls to the furniture. The kitchen is equipped with beaten up pots and pans. As others have stated, there's no soundproofing so you hear whenever the upstairs neighbors walk, talk, or move. Being in the house felt so depressing we tried to leave whenever we could. The neighborhood is not unsafe but not great either - not really where you would want to be on vacation.

Summary: House was nice. We stayed during the 4th of July weekend so with all the fireworks going off, it was really hard to fall asleep. The neighborhood wasn’t the prettiest but it is very close to downtown Tacoma.

Summary: I was visiting a friend in the hospital and the location of this home was within walking distance of the hospital (less than one mile). Also, lucked into a great spot for lunch, Southern Kitchen. The home was very neat and tidy.
