Positive: Nice apartment really close to Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre and Metro. Universal Studios park is 15 minutes away. The included parking is very useful since there is no public parking around. Host is very helpful since i landed 3 hours later my scheduled and was only at 1AM helping with self checkin.

Positive: I liked that the inside of the condo was nice and cozy. I liked the beds and pillows and bedding. I liked the TV and couch in the living room. I liked the balcony, minus the view of the trash from construction. I liked that we checked out at 12:30 pm instead of at 11:00 am.
Negative: I didn't like that the woman cleaning the condo did not leave until 5:30pm, after I was told check-in would be at 4:00pm. I didn't like that my family's time was impeded by mismanagement of time and excuses by the unorganized tweaker woman cleaning the condo who had her belongings everywhere. I didn't like that the owner seemed complacent about how long the person cleaning stayed. Check-in was ridiculous because of this situation.

Positive: Definitely the location is one of the best things about the place and second thing is that it has indoor parking along with the apartment that was good. Host is also very responsive and responded immediately and provided clear directions. Apartment also had a washing machine and dryer which was good but do read the negative comment about it. Expect to receive coffee, creamer and sugar only in the apartment and only hand washing soap. 7/11 was close by to do all the basics shopping
Negative: Unfortunately the place was not clean and this was the most disappointing part of the stay, specially when I am charged $250 for cleaning. The previous tenant it seems left corn flakes on the carpet and tags of the shopping that they did on the sofas, also the place was dusty and we had to clean everything we used before using it. The most surprising part was that cleaning person left all the cleaning stuff in the washing machine, didn't bother to take it out. The furniture seems to have dated a bit as all the beds were making noises, the bunk bed was moving when my 15 year old tried to climb on it. Also in master bedroom there is too much noise of the traffic from the road and was quite disturbing. There were no shampoo, conditioner or body wash so we had to purchase them for our 3 days stay only as none of them were provided. Update: Since the host suggested I am not telling the truth, luckily I took couple of pictures and now posting them in my review and as to why I didn't contact the host during the stay for cleaning issues? I dont think it would have made any difference and I knew I had to clean it myself so did it and moved on and spent time doing things that I meant to do during my stay instead of spending time going back and forth with the host.
