Positive: Property matches pictures. Comfortable apartment. Nice amenities in the building, pool, BBQ, relax area. Free parking is a plus
Negative: The check in instructions weren’t super clear regarding the time it took to get the parking garage key, so we ended up paying $10 for parking that we didn’t need to. They were not very flexible, even though the apartment was ready, they did not let us check in 1h before, requesting $35 for it. Checkout was also very strict, charging $35 per 15 min delay.

Positive: It looked exactly like the photos and was very clean and surprisingly quiet. There was a very attractive pool and hottub area. The staff responded to messages very quickly and politely. The king bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels and pillows and hangers and the kitchen appliances seemed good tho we didn't use them. Good water pressure in the shower.
Negative: When we arrived we followed the instructions for the call box and they didn't work so we knocked on the door to get the guard/concierge attention. He was very rude, didn't want to help us at first and I called the housing corporation and then he let us in. There's a lot of instructions for where to go and what to do when u arrive so I suppose I didn't say the exact correct words "almuzian corp" so be sure to say that to the guard if you are having a problem! He had earbuds in and was watching something on his phone and seemed irritated by us to be honest. We had to ask for help to call the elevator because before u get to the room you won't have the fob for the elevator and he again seemed like we were a big inconvenience You get 10 minutes to move your car to their free parking lot around the corner from where u initially park or u have to start paying. You need the fob that is in the room to get to the free parking so it's not a lot of time when you are arriving tired from travel and trying to follow all the directions. The listing stated there were 2 beds - a king and a futon- which was a major reason I chose the property , but this wasn't accurate. The futon was not at all usable as a bed - it did not open up (we verified this with the staff in case we just couldn't figure it out). There was an air mattress available but that's not what I expected. I requested a partial refund for this inconvenience since I would not have come there if I'd known the sleep situation and was politely denied. I was offered an extra hour before checkout instead which we didn't want or need. The door lock was electronic and a struggle to open and obviously not just for us as there were scrapes on the edge of the door so other people had been forcing the door open. we messaged and got some tips on opening the door that would've been good to know before we were frustrated.
