Summary: We really loved the view and the house, but unfortunately, there were several cleanliness issues that impacted our stay. • The bed sheets and pillows had an unpleasant smell. • The floor was sandy from the moment we walked in. • The trash bins were completely full and overflowing upon our arrival. Additionally, the lack of a dishwasher was a significant inconvenience, especially with a group of 10 people. We spent a lot of time washing dishes after every meal, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our vacation. The dish soap provided was also ineffective in cleaning grease, further complicating the situation.

Summary: Towel rack in upstairs bathroom coming off the wall. Fireplace not functional gas turned off. Kitchen stocked amazingly well. We could not find the scissors but we bought a pair and left them in the utensils drawer. Thank you for sharing your home.

Summary: Coos Bay was a central location for all 14 of my family members. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants, stores, and casinos near by. There was plenty of parking as mentioned. We brought 2 blow up beds just in case but only needed to use one. The dining room was the best place I’d the house. The huge dining table allowed us to gather and seat down together for meals.The upstairs bunk room slept 6 easily. One of the toilets were leaking when we arrived but it was a slow leak according to the property manager and still usable. The house itself needs a little TLC and attention. The downstairs bathroom needs a good cleaning. And some of the linens didn’t seem washed so we couldn’t use it. Other than that it was a perfect place for a short stay for a large group or family.
