This unique custom home was designed by award winning architect firm, Salmon Falls. The home was completed in 2014 and has wonderful architectural details. Large windows face the ocean as well as hand made art glass windows using Frank Lloyd Wright designs. The home is beautifully but comfortably furnished with deconstructed style Restoration Hardware Furniture mixed with family antiques, prints and paintings. The property sits atop Cleaves Cove, has ocean views and is steps away from a quiet beach where sunning, kyaking and paddle boarding can be enjoyed. This residence offers all the amenities including central air conditioning, radiant heat, gas fireplace, steam shower, spa tub and large beautifully landscaped yard with fire pit.
The gourmet kitchen has stainless Vilking Appliances, and a unique glass bartop fabricated in Canada specifically for the space.
The dining table seats ten and the bar seats four. The open floor plan of kitchen , dining and great room is perfect for family and entertaining.
A door from the great room leads to the granite patio and yard. The grounds have been professionally landscaped and offer privacy while still allowing access to ocean views.
There is outside seating including a gas granite bowl fire pit with granite benches.
There is a downstairs half bath powder room as well a large indoor beach shower.
First floor master suite has a California king Tempur-Pedic
Dual control mattress with head and foot elevation and massage features. The adjoining bath has an extra large spa tub , double marble vanity, and spacious marble steam shower with bench.
The second floor has a sitting room with huge picture windows overlooking the Atlantic. The balcony opens to the dining area below.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a Zen foam Mattress. Plenty of closet space and great ocean views.
The bath for this room has a stone tiled shower, Moxie Blue Tooth shower head and black granite vanity.
The third bedroom has two twin beds also with Zen Foam mattresses. There is an adjoining sitting room, perfect for reading. The windows in this room face the ocean, allowing the midnight surf to rock you to sleep.The bathroom in the suite has a double granite vanity, glass shower with rock floor and a deep soaking tub.
An additional flight of stairs off the ground floor leads to a large media room. The wall mount big screen has all premium movie channels, Netflix and Hulu.
There is high speed internet throughout the house and an additional landline.
This home has a two car garage and plenty of additional parking. There is a gas grill , beach chairs and towels.
