. Chef kitchen with gas range large rooms two king beds one queen. Two gas fireplaces for cool evenings and wonderful sun porch pool side for summer evenings. Higher end sheets and towels I am upgrading all the time.

Summary: Everything was great except for two or three details: #1 We did not receive a code to open the key box. So, we could not lock the house. I called the property manager, and she gave us the key. We got in because the text told us the kitchen door was unlocked. #2 The thermostat was not working. When we arrived the house was cold, but the thermostat said the inside temperature was 76. I had to raise it to 78 to get heat to come on. I also had to call the property manager to find out how to get the furnace working. I had set it to heat, but she explained it needed to be on emheat. #3 A small nuisance. There is a combination air fryer, microwave, toaster over. Never figured out how to work it as just a microwave. One other caution: there is a three-inch drop from the dining room to the french doors. All four of us at least one time tripped on it.. No injuries.

Summary: We had a wedding down at the waterfront. This property was just 10 minutes away. We were a large group with 4 adults and 2 small kids. The property is in a very nice residential area. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of room for the kids to play. Thanks for everything!

Summary: The house was exactly what was described. Very clean and well taken care of. This was our first VRBO and if all of them are like this place, we will do this a lot more. We really loved this place. The pool was very nice added attraction.

Summary: Our youngest daughter was part of the Centenary Paris exhibition at the museum on campus. We picked up big sister and then made our way East. We had a wonderful stay. The house reminded me of family homes that I have been around. Annette was very quick in answering our questions and the place was spacious. Plus with what felt like 999 degrees outside the pool water felt lovely.

Summary: The house has an eclectic but comfortable collection of furniture. Everything was clean. The pool was absolutely wonderful in the 105°F heat, with ample shade in the morning and evening. Annette was easy to communicate with before and after, and we needed for nothing during our stay.

Summary: This lovely home went beyond our expectations. It has beautiful nostalgic charm with all the comforts one could hope for. The pool was a wonderful refuge from the heat. We have the highest praise and appreciation for Annette. She went above and beyond to make our stay even more special.

Summary: Overall great stay. Adult kids came to town with their significant others for a 50th anniversary party nearby. They thoroughly enjoyed the house. Only downside they mentioned was not using the pool, it may have needed cleaning or some such.
