Summary: The relaxing, celebratory weekend began the moment we walked in. Great light, open feeling with beautiful patio and wonderful kitchen had all of us comfortably gathering together. Beds were extremely comfortable and all clean. Perfect home for our weekend away.

Summary: This property was awesome! I was with a few friends down there for a wedding and it was perfectly located to everything. Phyllis was very diligent in her communication and was close enough to check in and see if we needed anything! Would highly recommend!

Summary: What an amazing stay we had in Phyllis' Newport home. Grand, historical and elegant while also modern and very comfortable. The home had everything we could want or need and the location was absolutely perfect! Nestled along a street-lined street, close to a big beautiful park, and a close walk to either the bustle of Thames street or the beauty and grandeur of the historic mansions and the cliff walk. We enjoyed walking to everything. Our family of 8 stayed for a week, some working, and we were able to easily navigate with plenty of room and spaces to accommodate our large group. With such a fabulous kitchen, outdoor B.B.Q., and three dining spaces to choose from ... a formal dining room with its dramatic dark wood paneling, soft lighting and a grand piano; the more casual dining in the bright, white kitchen/dining area flooded with natural light, and the lovely outdoor dining and seating area on the private patio surrounded by lush greenery ... we happily ate most of our meals in. But when we did eat out, Phyllis was there happy to share the best recommendations. Additionally, each room having its own bath, also provided plenty of personal privacy. A great place for a larger family or friend get together. I can't recommend this property highly enough. From our communications prior to our visit, warmly welcoming us on arrival, and easy accessibility, Phyllis was a wonderful and welcoming host. Everything about our stay in Phyllis's home was beyond expectations. Thank you Phyllis for sharing your beautiful home with us ... we hope to return!

Summary: Rick, Phyllis, and Sophie were the most gracious hosts. In addition to the property bring unique, full of character, spacious (on a grand level), and having a private little garden and a huge communal garden, we had the best hosts.
