We offer 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to use on the salt water river that leads out to Watch Hill RI very relaxing easy water to navigate with tons of scenic spots including our family of bald eagles!
Inside on the first floor the home has a gourmet eat in kitchen that seats 12 people, a large sun room with wide screen TV the all season sun-room with wicker furniture that has windows and doors that fully open up allowing the ocean breeze that blow from little Narraganset bay.
The basement offers a large entertainment room, full bathroom, with lounge area, full bar area, pool table, ping pong table, dart board and games along with a wide screen TV.
The upper floor[s] offer 2 master suites with King bed, two large closets, a fireplace, large master bath with a soaking tub and a custom shower.
Bonus room offers a 3 queen beds this is great room for kids with bean bags a large tv and a full bath. A 4th private bedroom suite with queen bed and large closet
