Summary: Did not get the room I paid for as they said Hotels.com was a third party and they could not verify the exact room I paid for. Hotel was sold out so I had to settle for something less.

Summary: Good value, well located, and up to date hotel. Great studio suite option for a party of 5; a better option than two hotel rooms. Adjacent covered parking available for reasonable fee with in and out privileges.

Summary: Nice place, things I liked: good choices at breakfast - attached covered parking for $25, dog friendly, super nice front desk, especially Matthew who gave us a nicer room. Also the hotel is extremely close to Target field. I also liked that they offered housekeeping every other day of our stay Things that could improve: housekeeping ignored the do not disturb magnet and opened door without knocking - also housekeeping would not come back at another time. However, they did a good job cleaning. The breakfast kitchen attendant does her best to ignore people. It looks like there were other choices, but I felt afraid to ask. The woman cleaning breakfast tables was very friendly. Lastly, there needs to be some grass for dogs. The dedicated space for dogs is strewn with garbage and is just mud and weeds. This place deserves good reviews, but a few things could be improved..

Summary: The stay was excellent. Clean rooms, helpful staff, great condition. The only negative was some confusion on security deposit. Was told it would be $150, but there is now $366 pending and I have to inconvenience myself by watching that I don’t get double charged (already paid for room thru hotels.com)

Summary: We stayed at the Element for a 4 night trip to Minneapolis. We chose the Element as it is right next door to the Twins baseball stadium. It was very convenient for the two games we saw. The hotel is awesome! It's very modern, very clean and very comfortable. All the staff we encountered were extremely polite and helpful. They have a great breakfast, with many healthy, delicious options (yogurt parfait bar, mini omelets, cereals, toasts and bagel options. It also has daily made to order egg specials). The area felt safe and we walked as a family of 4 to area restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. They also have their own parking garage which was easy to use. No complaints!
