Summary: The hotel was great! Valet service was helpful. The room was clean and a good place to stay for our trip. The breakfast was good with plenty of healthy options. The foundry was right across the street and had plenty of things to do for a date night. There is a bar on the rooftop that was a good spot to relax as well.

Summary: Wonderful stay Beautiful property. Wish we could have enjoyed it more. I was scheduled for an early morning procedure the next day and on a clear liquid diet. Didn't feel well AT ALL. Ended up vomiting up my meds, having a raging migraine which I couldn't take anything for, and being dehydrated. The only relief I found was sitting in the shower!!! Lol WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY LOVELY! given the circumstances. Lots of pressure/flow options, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, option of dim or brighter lighting, VERY clean and crisp and spa like bathroom in general, nice fluffy towels, and it was quiet with the door shut so I didn't wake up my husband. I felt like I was gonna die... Until I got in the shower... Three separate times. It really was a lifesaver. Got me through the night and to my procedure the next morning. The front desk staff probably thought I was hungover or something but they were incredibly kind and bubbly and professional. ALL of the staff were helpful and lovely. The hotel is bright and inviting with lots of entertaining space. Wish we could have enjoyed it more. Plenty to do in the surrounding area. (Yes, I wasted water at an Eco friendly hotel. No, I am not sorry. I definitely should have had my husband take me to the ER, but I'm STUBBORN and needed to have my procedure done so that shower was my life saver!!!) Don't judge, just go enjoy the shower!

Summary: This was such a delightful stay! Every single staff person I met was beyond helpful and cheerful. The hotel was clean, bright and so welcoming. I travel for work and have stayed at 4 * Hotels and this was every bit as nice and accommodating. My blended family all said this was the nicest hotel they've ever stayed in. I'd stay there again and again!

Summary: Overall, the hotel is newer and fresh feeling, but the pillows (every single one of the 10 we had in our suite) could not have been worse!! Old. Flat. No fluff. Switch the pillows and it’s a perfect place to stay close to everything in St. Louis!

Summary: A couple of things that were concerning. I travel weekly and Element has a pretty high standard. It felt like a scam forcing everyone to pay for valet parking when there is a free parking lot across the street and behind the building. It truly felt like the valet and the front desk were working a scam together to force people to pay $29 a day. The shower did not have any shelfs or hanging shower caddy to place your items, had to put them on the nasty shower floor. I placed the magnetic 'no need for room service' outside on the door but it was removed. I do not like anyone enter my room, but this happened every night. Although I appreciate it, it was just not needed. Your staff has to work harder then needed, either they took the magnets off themselves or someone went around and stole them, but you need to make sure each room has one, you could save a lot of time and money on folks like myself who do not need room service daily. I am also a very big food delivery orderer and the drivers should be given a key to take the food up to the rooms and not have the patrons come downstairs to get it, inconvenient. It was not a smoke free property, numerous patrons were on the back patio smoking marijuanna and cigarrettes. Just not what you want if you have a family, great patio area but you get swamped with smoke smell when you walk outside.

Summary: We got there around 5pm and our room wasn’t ready, when we got to the room is was not what we booked, we booked a suite that was supposed to have 2 double beds and a double sleeper sofa, there was no sofa just a chair that didn’t make a bed, we called the front desk and asked about it they said they didn’t have any more rooms to switch and offered an air mattress, we booked 3 months prior we should have got the room we booked and paid for.
