Positive: It was quiet. First night only one of the Seaview apartments was occupied. Second day a sea view was rented to couple who had no reservations for cash price of 200E for 6 nights !
Negative: March 2024 we booked /paid for seaview appt. Arrived 3 /10 to a dark cold no view ground floor garden appt. Told us no other room vacant, after phone conversation with a man, had to have a slightly better ground floor. Other seaviews were empty!!
Summary: The accommodation we had to accept spoiled the end of a fabulous 21 day holiday.

Positive: Apartment was spotless and well maintained. The pool was fabulous and quite quiet as only for residents and not many apartments. Towels were replenished three times in only a one week stay. Eva who lives there was friendly and helpful, and provided fresh fruits from her garden. Stunning location and only a short walk in both directions to beautiful traditional villages with restaurants and shops. It is exactly as it's shown in the pictures and a wonderful location to relax. Ooh, and there are three cats that live at the villa and the youngest is particularly friendly, so I loved my evening snuggles on the patio.
Negative: The apartment wasn't cleaned during our stay (rubbish was removed only once) so I would have liked access to a mop to clean the floors. Crete is understandably quite dusty so the bathroom floor got quite dirty after three of us showering off the days dust and no shower curtain. The reading lights in the bedroom didn't work but it wasn't a huge problem as we put our 10 year old bed before we retired and left the living room light on. I had to buy washing up liquid and cloths on day one, which I left for the next occupants, but assume will be removed again. I guess it's a way for the local shops to make money. I would however like to state that none of this spoiled our holiday and we would love to go back.
Summary: Wonderful, idyllic accomodation and we will be back!!

Positive: Lovely building, private spacious terrace, beautiful pool, glamorous bathroom, spacious, comfy bed, nice decor and gardens. Nice toiletries. Easy access to the villages/shops
Negative: No washing up cloth or liquid Whole property outside Felt a little bit unloved but could have been as it was end of season and only saw one owner so they can’t do everything.

Positive: The position of the property is nice. It was quiet in the night.
Negative: Instead of a bright apartment, with sea view, that we have paid for, we were given a dark one, on the ground floor, with broken lock at the main door and we got to use the washing machine once for four days stay. The apartment that was given to us didn't have a washing machine, although I choose this place because it said that there's one, nor a sea view or balcony. The front door was broken and it didn't close unless one locked it with the key. If you wanted to leave the room while the other took a shower you either left the door open (literally) or the other one didn't have light in the bathroom. I asked the owner to tell me where the washing machine is, so we can wash some clothes, but didn't get any response. After booking got involved, the owner put a key in a door of a room where the washing machine was, but when I went to do the laundry the key was not there anymore. We didn't use the swimming pool because we were at the beach all day.
Summary: We didn't get the room that we have paid for
